Our Epic Sports Portraits package is all about creating stunning professional level portraits for athletes of all ages. For us, it's more than just capturing photographs. It's about capturing every detail in every shot!
Our goal is to deliver professional portraits with the same process and techniques photographers use for ad campaigns for companies like Nike, adidas, Under Armor, Champion, and more! And it doesn't stop there! We take it even further by combining photography with digital art to create truly unique photographs worthy of displaying in your home.
Not only will we capture and create amazing images, we will customize your very own "Edgar Meza Photography (EMP) Athlete Magazine" cover, you will receive a 16X20 poster, custom hype video featuring your stunning portraits like never before! Here's how it works!
Let's say you book your shoot for $800 dollars and maybe some of your friends are interested in this style of shoot. Well, If you bring a minimum of two friends to your session, your price drops to only $400 per athlete. This means you get more bang for your buck!!! Note: In order for this to work, all three sessions would have to be booked on the same day.
Package Summery
-Pre-Photoshoot meeting to get to know you, learn about your interests and understand what kind of
photos you need.
- Expect at the very least an hour of shooting time
- This package comes with one uniform OR multiple uniforms (at no extra cost) if you happen to do more than one sport.
- Location - Most of our Epic Sports sessions are shot in our studio. There are times that with permission, we can use school gyms, locker rooms, and other locations for this style of portraits. However, there is an extra charge for that.
- You will receive 15 professionally retouched photos ready to download and share via your own private online gallery (additional files can be purchased a la carte at $30 per file).
- Custom "ATHLETE" magazine cover.
- 16x20 poster print of your favorite photo.
- Custom hype video.
- Access to our online store where you'll be able to order from a variety of products from large prints to photo albums.
- Print release for your photos. This form grants you the permission order prints through your favorite photo labs.
- Starting at $800 ($400 Dollar Deposit)
Additional options:
Additional high-end photo retouching: $30 each
Traveling fee starting at $100 (this depends on the distance and location)
Rush edits within 5 days - $30/ per photo, or $400for all photos included in your package.
A $400 deposit is required to reserve a date and time for your photo shoot. Payable via PayPal, Credit Card, and or cash. If you choose to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund with the exception of a $200 retainer fee. Full payment is due before photos are released.
