Our Epic Sports Portraits package is all about creating stunning professional level portraits for athletes of all ages. For us, it's more than just capturing photographs. It's about capturing every detail in every shot! Our goal is to deliver professional portraits with the same process and techniques photographers use for ad campaigns for companies like Nike, adidas, Under Armor, Champion, and more! And it doesn't stop there! We take it even further by combining photography with digital art to create truly unique photographs worthy of displaying in your home. Not only will we capture and create amazing images, we will customize your very own "Edgar Meza Photography (EMP) Athlete Magazine" cover, you will receive a 16X20 poster, and an animated downloadable Instagram/Facebook slide show for sharing on your stories! By purchasing this package, you will automatically be featured in our Athlete Magazine which will be released this spring! Package Summery -Pre-Photoshoot meeting to get to know you, learn about your interests and understand what kind of photos you need. - Expect at the very least an hour of shooting time - This package comes with one uniform change. However, we understand that some athletes play multiple sports, so you can add additional uniforms for an extra fee. - Location - Most of our Epic Sports sessions are shot in our studio. There are times that with permission, we can use school gyms, locker rooms, and other locations for this style of portraits. However, there is an extra charge for that. - You will receive 15 professionally retouched photos ready to download and share via your own private online gallery storage (additional files can be purchased a la carte at $30 per file). - Custom "ATHLETE" magazine cover. - 16x20 poster print of your favorite photo. - Custom animated slideshow for sharing on social media. - Access to our online store where you'll be able to order from a variety of products from large prints to photo albums. - Print release for your photos. This form grants you the permission order prints through your favorite labs. - Starting at $800 ($400 Dollar Deposit) Additional options: Additional high-end photo retouching: $30 each Traveling fee starting at $100 (this depends on the distance) Rush edits within 5 days - $30/ per photo, or $400for all photos included in your package.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy To receive a full refund, cancel within 72 hours of booking or up to 30 days before your photoshoot is scheduled to start. In all other circumstances, the full refund is reduced and a retainer amount of $50. Cancellations due to Weather If the weather creates a safety concern, the photoshoot can be rescheduled to a different date or time. Alternatively, the photoshoot can also be held indoors. Cancellations due to an Emergency A full refund may also be possible if you have to cancel because of an unexpected circumstance that’s out of your control. Before you cancel, check that your circumstance is included in the list below and that you can provide the required documentation. Circumstances that require documentation: death, unexpected serious illness or injury, government-mandated obligations, transportation disruptions. Circumstances that require special review: natural disasters, terrorist activity, and civil/political unrest, epidemic disease or illness, travel restrictions, safety, and security threat advisories, changes to visa or passport requirements. Rescheduling You can reschedule your photoshoot within 24 hours of booking or up to 14 days before your photoshoot is scheduled to start. In all other circumstances, an additional deposit of $50 will be required to book your photoshoot on a new date and timeslot. When you reschedule your photoshoot, the cancellation policy is based on the initial booking date.
