Service Description

Welcome to our Maternity Gold Package! A maternity photoshoot is something special and we want to make sure you feel that when you see your photos for the first time. We want to create photographs that you’ll look back to for years to come. ​What you get!  ​GOLD $600 2 hours photo session 3 outfits/looks password protected online gallery with proofs 16 retouched photos in high resolution with print release Indoor and/or outdoor ​ Additional options:​ Additional high-end photo retouching: $15 each Traveling fee $100 (this depends on the distance) Rush edit within 24hours - $25/ per photo, or $150/ 12 photos ​ A $300 deposit is required to reserve a date and time for your photo shoot.  Payable via PayPal, Credit Card, check, and or cash. If you choose to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund with the exception of a $150 retainer fee. Full payment is due on the day of the shoot. ​ Your deposit applies towards the total due  (i.e. a $600 shoot with a $300 deposit paid in advance means you will owe $300 on the day of your shoot). Prices are based on number of edited photos in a package. Sessions at a location of your choice -  $100 traveling fee. ​When is the best time to schedule my maternity photoshoot?  ​The best time to photograph maternity pictures is between 32 and 36 weeks. I recommend booking you photoshoot with enough time to make sure everything goes as planned.   Where will the photoshoot take place?  The photoshoot can take place either at a location of your choice outdoors, Or we can always get super creative with studio portraits as well. ​What should I bring?  You should bring a sonogram picture, and other special items such as blocks with your child's name, or booties (anything to really make this photoshoot special).   Who will be included in the photoshoot?  Your husband/significant and other children can be included in your photoshoot. This will help add to our creative process.   ​


Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy To receive a full refund, cancel within 72 hours of booking or up to 30 days before your photoshoot is scheduled to start. In all other circumstances, the full refund is reduced and a retainer amount of $50. Cancellations due to Weather If the weather creates a safety concern, the photoshoot can be rescheduled to a different date or time. Alternatively, the photoshoot can also be held indoors. Cancellations due to an Emergency A full refund may also be possible if you have to cancel because of an unexpected circumstance that’s out of your control. Before you cancel, check that your circumstance is included in the list below and that you can provide the required documentation. Circumstances that require documentation: death, unexpected serious illness or injury, government-mandated obligations, transportation disruptions. Circumstances that require special review: natural disasters, terrorist activity, and civil/political unrest, epidemic disease or illness, travel restrictions, safety, and security threat advisories, changes to visa or passport requirements. Rescheduling You can reschedule your photoshoot within 24 hours of booking or up to 14 days before your photoshoot is scheduled to start. In all other circumstances, an additional deposit of $50 will be required to book your photoshoot on a new date and timeslot. When you reschedule your photoshoot, the cancellation policy is based on the initial booking date.
