Sports Team Media Day Service Overview: Our Sports Team Media Day is designed to capture the energy and spirit of your team through high-end sports portraits and professional media content. This service is perfect for teams looking to create powerful visuals for social media, banners, posters, and other promotional materials. Additionally, we offer custom Hype Videos to highlight your team’s journey, boost confidence, and energize fans at home games. What's Included: High-End Sports Portraits: Dynamic, individualized sports portraits for each athlete, perfect for social media, banners, posters, and marketing materials. Hype Videos: Professionally edited videos showcasing your team’s highlights, designed to boost confidence and ignite excitement at all home games. These videos can be displayed on the big screen during events or used across social media. Digital Files: Each athlete will receive 3-5 professionally edited digital images. Additional digital files are available for purchase if desired. Online Gallery: An easy-to-navigate online gallery where athletes, coaches, and parents can view and purchase prints or additional digitals. Optional Add-ons: Custom Prints: Available for purchase directly from the online gallery, featuring a variety of print sizes and finishes. Additional Digital Files: Athletes can opt to purchase more than the 5 digital images included. Make your team stand out with media that not only promotes but inspires!
Cancellation Policy
Sports Team Media Day Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Edgar Meza Photography for your Sports Team Media Day session. Please review the following booking policy before scheduling your team. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your session date. All payments must be made online through the provided invoice or payment link. Dates are booked on a first-paid, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until payment has been received. Scheduling The team contact (coach, manager, booster club representative, etc.) is responsible for coordinating athlete arrival times and communication with the team. Teams should arrive on time and camera-ready to help keep the schedule running smoothly. Late arrivals may reduce shooting time or result in missed photos. Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling requests should be made at least 7 days before the scheduled session and are subject to availability. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to weather if necessary. Payments are non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs, the payment may be transferred one time to a future available date within the same sports season. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the booking payment. Image Delivery Final edited images will be delivered digitally through an online gallery. Turnaround times may vary depending on team size and seasonal workload. Additional graphics, posters, banners, prints, or hype video add-ons may require additional production time. Image Usage Edgar Meza Photography retains copyright ownership of all images captured during the session. Teams, schools, and athletes are granted permission to use delivered images for personal use, school marketing, team promotion, and social media. Athlete Readiness Athletes should arrive with complete uniforms, equipment, and any accessories needed for the session. Coaches and organizers are encouraged to communicate dress expectations ahead of time. By booking a Sports Team Media Day session, the booking party agrees to the terms listed above.
