Welcome to our Studio Business Portraits experience — designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, teams, and brands that want to elevate their image with polished, high-end photography.

At Edgar Meza Photography, we specialize in modern business portraits that combine professionalism with personality. Our goal is to create images that not only look exceptional, but also reflect who you are and what your brand represents.

What you get!

• Pre-Photoshoot meeting to get to know you, learn about your interests and understand what kind of photos you need. 

• 1-hour professional photography session (THIS DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF SUBJECTS)

• up to 5 outfit changes per person (You are not limited to just one look so If you want to change your outfit between photos, you can do that!)  

• 6 high-resolution digital images per person

• Online gallery for viewing and sharing images

• High-end editing and retouching 

• Usage rights for personal and commercial use

• Photoshoot will take place on location (THIS COULD BE YOUR OFFICE, OUTDOORS, OR ANY PLACE OTHER THAN IN STUDIO)

• You will receive 6 professionally retouched photos (additional files can be purchased a la carte at $30 per file). 

• Price: STARTING AT $275 for a single individual and an additional $175 per person fee after that (PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON YOUR NEEDS AND REQUITEMENTS)

Team & Company Headshots

For companies needing headshots for 5 or more employees, special group and corporate rates are available. Custom pricing can be created based on the number of employees, location, and type of coverage needed.

Additional options:​

​

• Additional high-end photo retouching: $30 each

• Traveling fee starting at $100 (this depends on the distance)

• Rush edits within 72 hours - $25/ per photo, or $150/ for photos included in the package. 

​

A $137.50 deposit is required to reserve a date and time for your photo shoot.  Payable via PayPal, Credit Card, check, and or cash. If you choose to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund with the exception of a $90 dollar retainer fee. Full payment is due on the day of the shoot.
